Parenting Program

Trauma-Informed Support for Women Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

Parenting can feel like a profound challenge when you were not kept safe in your own childhood. Replaying old patterns or managing your own trauma responses while trying to show up for your children takes an immense emotional toll.

At Stepping Out, we offer a free, trauma-informed Circle of Security Parenting Program specifically designed for women survivors. This program provides a gentle, supportive space to build parenting confidence, foster deep emotional connections, and understand your children’s needs while actively breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma.

Through these workshops, you will gain practical, evidence-based tools to foster resilience, secure attachment, and healthier family relationships.
