Our Trauma-informed recovery programs
Stepping Out provides safe, evidence-informed recovery programs for women survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Our trauma-informed groups combine peer connection, specialist knowledge and practical tools to help women better understand the impacts of trauma, build skills for recovery and feel less alone.
To ensure safety and equitable access, all survivor programs are free of charge and available both in-person and online.
