Step into Our Office
Stepping Out employs a team of highly skilled professionals and is governed by a volunteer management committee.
Our properties are mainly in the Inner West and South West Sydney and we have fully furnished units and houses. Some properties meet Adaptable Housing Standards for disability and properties are fully furnished including appliances, linen and basic crockery
Property management, including leases and tenancy agreements, maintenance, finances, compliance issues, Rental Bond Board and Tenancy Tribunal matters are all managed in a professional manner by our dedicated Housing Manager/Administrator.
We have in-house and outreach services, the latter belonging to women who are already in accommodation but still need support.
